Ohio SB33
Cleveland .com story

This menace to the bill of rights was sponsored by (R) Hoagland but co-sponsored by (R) Michael Rulli, but also by the only democrat Sean O'Brine, and he wants to be a judge!

Electeds who sell out the Bill of Rights to any corporation should be replaced by anybody,
Anybody But Them!

Self Serving Elected Officials

HB 109 passed in the Ohio House in February, 2022 and is awaiting a Senate vote.  Ohio HB 109 will increase penalties for certain assault, vandalism, and riot offenses, to allow peace officers to bring civil suits against persons participating in a riot, and to prohibit bias motivated intimidation of first responders.
Ohio HB109 has never been necessary or called for in Ohio.

On February 8, 2022, Frank Hoagland introduced SB 290.
This would allow police agencies to hire ex-military (MP) without having to go thru police training.
His company may well save a buck or two on this one, at the cost of having untrained police officers on our streets. Our military is trained to occupy. We need police ready to serve the people, not occupy our streets. They may well need this training to learn exactly this.
Ohio SB290 does not serve the people well.  Who does Ohio SB290 serve?
Self Serving Elected Officials.
